I’m trying to add “.gov.it” because I’m a italian school and I have to do it for institutional reasons.

The system of “Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale” (http://www.digitpa.gov.it/) asks me to delegate the management of the DNS to Gov.it or to another ISP.
I choose to delegate the management of the DNS to another ISP.
The system asks me Primary DNS and Secondary DNS.
I try to put the ones that I find in Dashboard> Store> Domains> Edit DNS, but the system tells me “the zone is not configured in the DNS”. -
I would be glad to help, but I do need to know the specific domain you’re trying to map so I can add a zone record for it.
For example, mydomain.gov.it
What is your own unique domain that you purchased? Is it icvillanovam.gov.it? Thanks!

My domain that I purchased is icvillanovam.net and now I I’m trying to convert it to icvillanovam.gov.it
