  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain learn.inbounddesignstudio.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Since that’s a subdomain, you won’t need a zone record for it.

  Instead, you’ll need to follow this guide to map it: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
