  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain martinicarlo.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Hi there, I see that you have purchased a domain mapping for martinicarlo.com, but you have not updated the name servers yet. You need to visit your registrar’s website and update them to the following values, for the domain mapping to work correctly (a zone record already exists and it is actually not needed in this case):

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com
