Add DNS record for mns01.domaincontrol.com

    I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain mns01.domaincontrol.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

    Hi there,

    For your domain desktopdesignservices.com, it appears that your domain expired May 18, 2012. So right now, it looks like this domain has been purchased by a domain holding company. The admin can be reached at:
    admin @ domainassetholdings .com
    (without the spaces)

    This: mns01.domaincontrol.com is actually a nameserver – it tells the domain where to point to. So when the domain is correctly pointing to WordPress, the nameserver is set to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM instead. This tells you that someone has taken control over the domain.

    You should be able to go to your Dashboard > Store > Domains and purchase a new domain that is available, or you can try contacting the admin shown above. You may be charged a great deal for a domain held hostage, though.
