Add DNS record for mx0.123-reg.co.uk

  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain mx0.123-reg.co.uk but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Howdy,

  You can add these via the Store->Domains page of your dashboard. Click on the “Edit DNS” link next to the domain you need to add the MX records to. You’ll need to add them in the format of MX 10 MAIL1.EXAMPLE.COM.

  thanks for that
  i have changed my dns/mx records fo our emails wadestrucks.com
  i set them at
  mx10 mx0.123-reg.co.uk
  mx20 mx1.123-reg.co.uk
  our emails seem to be working on our computors but we can not recieve email remotely through our iphones ipads ect which untill we changed the dns/mx records,they worked ok.

  Hi. It’s Glyn, I look after the computers.

  I’ve changed the MX records to what they should be as they go via messagelabs to
  mx 10 cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com
  mx 20 cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com

  I also need their ipads to be able to see
  mail.wadestrucks.com 213.137.0.84
  I’ve put that in as well, but it’s not propogated yet. Hopefull it will by Monday.

  I need to know what IP address to put in my local DNS on our internal server to resolve to http://www.wadetrucks.com so I can see the website from within the domain.. as the internal domain is wadestrucks.com

  Can you please tell me what IP address to add to the local DNS server?
  I tried pinging from an external source to find the address, but that doesn’t work when I add it do DNS and it keeps changing as well, as I assume you have host headers or resolvers or something.

  Hi Glyn,

  I’ll shoot you an e-mail with details regarding the IP address for your internal DNS.

  For the A record for mail.wadertrucks.com, I tweaked it a bit. Our system needs only A mail 213.137.0.84. As it was, it was setting an A record for mail.wadetrucks.com.wadertrucks.com. It should start working soon.
