The zone record is created through whomever you’re moving it to, not us.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

Hello,
The domain is registered with WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC hosted on NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM.
You either need to contact WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC or if you have a log in to a client account (http://www.wildwestdomains.com/ and log in on the right upper hand side) it might be visible through that one.The only email I can find for the current DNS is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Not sure if it is correct.
Domain Name: POSTAKUTUMDAPARKINSON.COM Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC Whois Server: whois.wildwestdomains.com Referral URL: http://www.wildwestdomains.com Name Server: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM Name Server: NS2.WORDPRESS.COM Status: ok Updated Date: 15-jan-2013 Creation Date: 13-nov-2012 Expiration Date: 13-nov-2013
Good luck!

Hm, I’m honestly not sure what they’re referring to in that email. I mean, it’s all correct information, but I’m not sure what the question is or what they need.
If you are transferring the domain to them following the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/ they should bring the domain over to their ownership once they receive the code from you.
Would you please ask them what is preventing them from doing that?

Hi again,
New owner of domain ask me zone file. How can I get zone file of my domain?
I tried to fill the form for that using the link below.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/dns-zone-records/
But it gave an error like below.
We cannot add a zone for the domain you’ve specified. Please contact support for help. -
You don’t need a zone record for postakutumdaparkinson.com, it’s already registered through us.
What exactly are they trying to do with it?

I think they will re register the domain so need zone file. Do you know how can I get it?
Domain name tranfer took very long time and I’d like to complate it as soon as possible. -
If you’re transferring the domain, you don’t need a zone record, just follow this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

Hi again,
Agneta behalf of Lundbeck is new owner of domain. Her responce is below. There is a active website with that domain name. That domain must not stoped.
Hi,
If I transfer the domain to our management and update to our servers and there is no zone file, ANY SERVICE connected to the domain will go down (email, website, certificates, subdomains etc).
Please advise if that is ok. If not, we NEED the zone file.
Regards,
Agneta -
In general, that will happen regardless of having a zone file.
Once the domain transfer is completed, your name servers will still be directed to us, so your domain-specific DNS settings (email, etc) will continue to function. Once you change the domain’s name servers through your new registrar to direct to your hosting provider, you’ll need to repeat the same DNS changes through the new hosting provider.
However, you don’t have any custom DNS changes, so you actually have nothing to worry about. Nothing will happen when you transfer your domain.

Hello,
I do not want to risk to my web site down even a minute. New owner of domain insist to they need zone file of the domain name.
Frankly I do not understand why you can not provide zone file of postakutumdaparkinson.com web site? Is it not possible to provide zone file technically or another reason?
“As far as I can see there is an active site and zone. This is what I can see from the outside which tells me that we need to see the zone prior to transfer as we will take the site down if we do not have the records set up. The master server is ns1.wordpress.com and the zone is set up there. “

Right, we are not able to provide a zone file for this purpose. As long as both sites remain online during the transfer, there will be no interruption during propagation.
