Add DNS record for rentaroom.org.nz

I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain rentaroom.org.nz but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

I would like to start using WordPress to support my domain.
Rentaroom.org.nz is currently supported by http://www.snap.net.nz. They are a New Zealand based provider. My user name there is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I understand that hosting 1 domain name is part of the subscription that I have. The main reason for changing my domain host is because I would like my email addresses to be SMTP supported so that the different devices are real time being updated on the status of being read and answered. These are the email addresses that are linked to rentaroom.org.nz : (email visible only to moderators and staff) / (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) .
– Please advise on what the steps to take are. Snap mentioned something about: UDAI ?
– Does WordPress email hosting support SMTP?
– Can you ad a manual to install he 3 email addresses to outlook an IOS devices please?Thank you very much for your support!

On WordPress.com we don’t provide email hosting, but you can connect email hosting from another provider to your custom domain. Please see here for instructions about connecting your email: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
As we don’t provide email hosting, unfortunately I won’t be able to provide instructions for setting up your email on iOS devices. However, if you have any questions regarding editing your DNS records to set up email using a different provider, I’ll be glad to assist.
