Hi, one additional thing – I’m trying to find the billing info for a different WordPress account. I don’t know what the original WordPress blog was titled – it’s now hosted at blog.ringcentral.com. There isn’t a “Billing” section in the left-side pane of the Dashboard, and I’m not sure where else to look. Thanks!

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

Ah, of course, that makes perfect sense. Is it possible to move a WP.com blog to WP.org on a self-hosted platform like Bluehost? We will probably want to move the UK blog to self-hosted at some point.
