Add DNS record for sarate.se

  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain sarate.se but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I had my domain registered at cybersite before, and then i wanted to change it to wordpress.
  I’ve done what says in the manuals but still it hasn’t changed. It says that the DNS is correct but when I go to sarate.se it’s still at cybersite.

  Are you aware that it takes between 24 – 72 hours for a domain name change to propagate throughout the internet? Patience grasshopper.

  Hi saratempelmen,

  As timethief says, it can take a while for everything to propagate.

  For what it’s worth, sarate.se is coming up tied to your WordPress.com blog for me. You might flush your browser’s cache to see if that helps.

  If you aren’t seeing it after 24-72 hours, do let us know.

  Yes, i can see that sarate.se is coming up tied to my wordpress but when i’m entering sarate.se to the adress field my old blog is coming up and it says at the end of the page that its still powered by cybersite.
  When i’m changing theme to one of yours at wordpress still nothing happens and when i’m writing a post the site doesn’t update.
  Am i suppose to end my membership at cybersite or something?

  Your name servers are pointed to both us and your old hosting provider, hence the problem.

  Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ your name servers should only be:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
