Add DNS record for segmento.es

  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain segmento.es but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Hello, first of all, thank you for your help but I can’t map an existing domain. I am sending you the Screen Capture that indicates the domain is not active. I don’t know what is wrong.I follow the steps in the guide but it doesn’t work.
  Is it necessary to edit DNS?
