  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain softwaretransporte.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Your domain has a zone record and should be all set. Please note that you’ll need to change your nameservers to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com and ns3.wordpress.com to complete the mapping.
