  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain trupedotrapo.wordpress.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  You do not generally need to add domain records for ____.wordpress.com domains. Are you trying to use a custom domain name? If so, what is it?
