Add Domain name to blog

When I go to add my domain name to my blog, wordpress tells me that the domain has already been mapped to a wordpress account, but the url is not available to be chosen as the primary address.
It is also worth mentioning that when I type the url into the address bar (www.electricriverrecords.com) my site does come up, but it automatically changes the url to the wordpress.com address, unlike my other wordpress website where the address stays the correct address.

One final step is needed. Can you visit your Store->Domains page (direct link https://electricriver.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains ) and change your Primary Domain to your electricriverrecords.com ?
After the switch, you may need to empty your browser’s cache or wait a short bit for the cache on your system to expire.
