Add downloaded theme

  I wanted to add a downloaded theme to this site, so I searched on the internet how to do it. They say you need to press the add theme button, but I don’t have an Add Theme button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sites on WordPress.com use the themes found here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Themes downloaded elsewhere are intended for self-hosted WordPress.org sites and are not possible to use on WordPress.com (unless you find them at the link above).
