Add drop-down menu to contact form

  I am trying to add a drop-down menu to my existing form, available here:
  https://joehirsch.me/contact/

  The drop-down should look like this:

  Title:
  “What are you interested in?”

  Drop-down options:
  -Speaking request
  -Workshop/consulting
  -Media request

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You might find it easier to make the changes in the WP Admin dashboard. You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)
