Add Email Follower Externally (Link?)

  I know there is a widget for inside WordPress to allow people to follow the blog by just entering their email address, but how do I promote this in other communications (ie. email) without having to say ‘visit our page and enter your email address in the widget on the side-bar’? Is there a link I can publish that brings them right to a page with just the email address submission form?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
