Add email to current account

  Hi, I want to add my other mail((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and user name(mpetkov1993) to this account.
  I have already deleted the other account so I can add it to this one, but as I understand I have to remember that I have to come again after 30 days, just to add the mail and username.
  Can you speed up this process?
