Add Email to domain mapping

  How do i get an Email address to reflect the domain name of my Blog, the domain name is http://www.wingchuninc.com.au which i paid for domain mapping as an upgrade, I would really like to be able to have this as my email because i have Business Cards from my old site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have two different options for email while using wordpress.com:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

  and

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
