  hi i just bought an envato template that supports wordpress. how to i add it to WordPress. do i need to upgrade my account?

  Yes. It won’t work with a free site at WordPress.com. You’ll need to upgrade to a Business plan.

  Yes creating a site at some other host rather than here at WordPress.com would work too.
