add existing domain

    We had a custom domain name for our site (echohillnorth.com) and due to some payment issues, it was discontinued. WordPress just charged us $15 – will this reinstate this particular domain? If so, how long will it take? If not, how can we get it back?

    Hi there!

    The $15 payment was the chargeback fee, which is applicable as you previously disputed the domain renewal fee with your bank/credit card. When you did that, the domain was canceled, and its payment was reversed. So you still need to pay the domain renewal fee so that we can restore the domain for you.

    We’ve emailed you the payment link for the $19 domain registration fee. Please pay the fee and let us know here. We’ll then restore the domain for you.
