Add FAQ item to explain how to STOP autorenewal for subscriptions

  My Paypal account is automatically paying for services I no longer need at WordPress. WordPress offers many options for making payments, but has no obvious information on how to stop payments.
  So I looked at my Paypal account, and learned from Paypal that:

  “Your subscription will automatically renew each year. You may disable auto renew at any time from your WordPress.com dashboard.”

  But I cannot see anything about this in my dashboard at Worspress. When I look for support advice on the keyword “auto renew” there is nothing.

  This kind of information should be obvious, so that people can feel more secure about setting up payments as well as closing them down.

  Here’s how to stop payments.
  Follow the directions here then click Disable Auto Renew.
