Add Favicon to free 2012 Theme?

  Hi! I want to add my favicon to my free 2012 wordpress.com blog. I’ve searched for instruction but I don’t see an option in my general settings to add one.

  and I want to add favicon as it appears on my main site and all other blogs, i.e. http://www.suzannemcdermott.com/

  If 2012 does not support, any suggestions on similar free theme (simple, simple, simple) that does?
