Add features to contact form.

  There are a couple of features that would be great to add to contact forms:
  1. the ability to download submitted form data in CSV, delimited ASCII, Excel, etc., instead of having to look at them individually on the dashboard. Many people use them for lead generation.
  2. The ability to customize the field used as the “sender” of the email with the form submission. It is fixed as the first name of the respondent. This causes trouble as these emails often get caught in spam filters that can’t whitelist by sender domain.
