Add fields to contact page??

  Hello! I was wondering if there was a way to add additional fields to my contact page? So when they try to contact me they can add things such as their due date, what hospital they’re giving birth at, first baby/second, etc. plus the body of the message.

  No, unfortunately. But you can request them to put in that information in the contact form before you add the contact form to your page.
