  How do I add a forum to my blog? Or is that the comments section

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A forum and the comments on a blog are very different things.

  WordPress.com does not currently have an option for adding a forum to any sites on WordPress.com and that is not currently on roadmap.

  You could use the P2 theme, which looks like forum, but it’s not great.
