Add friends who can post

  Hi,
  I have created my own blog and would like other friends to post their comments and upload their pictures on my blog.
  I have gone to PRIVACY SETTINGS and added the username of that person. I have gone to users and added the email of that person in the “add user from community”

  I have conducted a test from another computer by typing the url of my wordpress address. I have gone to NEW POST and can see my username from that computer. I selected my username and added a new post (wrote a test line). In the PUBLISH, I can note that there is “submit for review”, which I clicked already. I thought that the test line would be reviewed (BY WHOM??) and then it would appear into my blog, but alas, I cannot see any sign of that “test line”

  Kindly advise where I am going wrong.
