Add GlossyBlue theme? (it is GPL)

The response was that it’s not GPL. It’s possible that the license has changed in 12 years, but following that link:

That theme is only available for sites using the open source wordpress.org.
If you want to use that theme on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan. -
