Add Google Plus on Publicize option

  add publicize google plus
  Now there are only publicize to facebook, linkedid, twitter, and tumblr. Please add publicize to google plus :)

  Hi there,

  Google+ has some severe limitations on the means by which automatic submissions can be made to their network. As such, we’re not able to add them to our Publicize service right now, as much as we’d like to!
