Add header how?

  I just want to know how to add a “header.” Am I using the right word? I mean the little sub-title of my blog that is UNDER THE MAIN TITLE.

  That is your site’s “tagline” and you can change it in your Dashboard>Settings>General

  The “header” is the graphic at the top of the page.
