Add HTML Anchor To Buttons

I created some HTML anchors in some other page, but for my homepage I have some buttons that I want to link to those when pressed. The toolbar doesn’t show any way for me to add them, or at least I don’t know how and ChatGPT keeps claiming I can just paste a URL somewhere but that’s a lie. Unless the Link Relation thingie is what I’m supposed to use.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Ok I figured out how to add links to the buttons, but seems that HTML anchors still won’t work for me. For example, I have ai as one of my anchors in the offerings page; settings the URL to [website]/offerings works, but [website]/offerings/ai just gives an error page.

You forgot to put a ‘#’ in front of the anchor in the link

Page jumping, also referred to as anchor links or jump links, is where you click a link and instantly get moved somewhere further up or down a long page. The Table of Contents to the right is an example of page jumps. Yeah, it’s confusing, but you don’t need the “link relation” option. Just use the full page URL with the anchor at the end, like https://abc.com/page/#anchor. Select the button and paste it into the link/URL field. If you don’t see any link option, it’s probably a theme or block limitation.
