Add Image Caption Suddenly No Longer Available

    I’m using the latest version of Chrome and am working on a few posts.

    I used to add images to a post by clicking a blue plus sign that appeared in blank lines between lines of text on the right of the field. Now, the plus is moved to the center of the screen and after I upload my image, there is no longer a way to add a caption to the image, only “Alternative Text” and “Add Text Over An Image.”

    What happened? How do I caption my photos now?! What a waste of time to change something so basic!
