Add image in certain part of twenty ten theme

  Hey I am trying to insert at the top of my container box..i want it to be permanent…pretty much i want it to be exactly like the orange “BUZZ” box on the homepage of brobible.com (which is right above the first post) my site is epicaction.com and i would want a different picture of the same size right above my first post.. the image source would be a url. Can anyone help? Thanks!
