  How can i add image in header?

  You have two choices as the theme you have chosen Andreas 09 does not contemplate header customization.

  (1) Select a wordpress.com theme that accepts a customized header http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/07/08/which-themes-can-i-add-a-header-image-to/

  (2) Or purchase a css customization ugrade ($15. per year per each blog) and make the changes required to Andreas 09.
