add image or text margin w/o CSS upgrade?

  Hi–I’d like to add space, or a margin, around a floating image, or the text next to it, without getting the CSS upgrade–is this possible? Every html tag I can find has been deprecated for the CSS style option, and WP strips it out.

  If you use the rich text editor (other wise known as TinyMCE) there are options for spacing in there via hspace and vspace. Do note though that they only work for certain browsers. The spacing shows up for me in IE6 but not Netscape 7.2 for example in this test post.
