Add image rescaling to new editor UI
-
In the old wordpress editor, I could pick the scale of a resolution from a drop down in the editor when I uploaded an image.
In the new one, I can’t find where to do that. I had a look at the documentation, and found where I think it should be:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-settings/Right now I find myself jumping back and forth between editors: I like a lot about the new one, and would be happily using it exclusively if I could do all the same stuff.
Great work BTW.

Thanks. I thought it might be Gutenberg :)
We have a dedicated repository for the Gutenberg editor and I’m happy to file a report on your behalf. Could you tell me which version of WordPress, Gutenberg, and browser type and version you are running. Also which operating system is in use.
I found a similar report with missing gallery settings:
https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/9701You can see the advanced image settings menu available through the post editor itself.
