Hello Sarah/Nitzan Gur, thanks for the info, but it is relevant only for sites using the standalone WP software.
These are the support forums for the sites on hosted WordPressdotcom, where users do not have the ability of uploading and installing additional 3rd party plugins.
Just to clarify further please read the links I gave earlier to @ittechnewsblog
