add item works as link to 'menu' class

Hi all!
Please your help.
my template has 2 item in the menu: Home (main) and About.
My will is to add additional item between them called: Videos.
By clicking on this item a relevant YouTube channel will opened (in a new tab in the browser).
How can i do this in WordPress.com platform?thanks.

I create the link – but one little problem.
click on the link – open it in the same tab – instead of opening it in a new tab.
Is there a way to control this thing? -
