Add Items from eshop to wordpress site

  Hi guys, is there any plugin or theme in wordpress, for that case if I want to just make promo on the page for eshop items?

  It means I don’t need a cart on the page I just want to inform and redirect to the eshop. Something where I can put info about products.etc and is very easy to use.
  I found something like this online http://dealboom.net/. If you click on the item it redirects you to the eshop. But there doesn’t have to be eshop directly on wordpress page.
