  Does anyone know a simple way to add keywords to the source codes of my website?

  @smaakinhuis I’d advise against anything a search engine could construe as spamming.

  But if you’ll add descriptions that would be helpful for those who use screen readers, that can help humans while also helping search engines understand your site. Just do that as you upload images, or edit the image in your post to add that information.
