Add Language

I have been looking everywhere to find a solution to my language problem. I noticed other people had the same question, but I coudn´t solve the problem myself.
I am making my blog in English now, but I would like to add the possibility, to have my blog in different languages, like Spanish, or French.
I red that it could be possible to make different blogs, and then interlink them. I have no idea how that works. I am quite new to wordpress. Could someone explain me how to do this?

I have the same questions, and from forums I have found out that it should be popssible, but I did not find a “how to” neither in the forums or the support.
I have my blog in norwegian, and I would like to have an identical site in english, with buttons/flags to change between the two sites.

We can only select one language setting here > Settings > General for each blog.
You register as many blogs as you wish and select the language for each blog.
Then you could create custom menus on your blogs and create custom links to the other language blogs in the custom menu. -
thank! not quite sure I understand this though,
I would like for example:
On my english blog, to have a Spanish, and french flag,
On my spanish blog, a french and English flag,
and on the French blog I want the Spanish and English flag.
I want that when I click on those flag, to go to the blog of that language…How exactly can I do this.
