add link

    I want to add a link from a blog entry to a word file in my media library. This used to be easy in the old editor but I can’t find how to do it in the block editor

    Hi there – Check out this tutorial video for how you can do this: https://d.pr/v/Fq972x

    In there I click the plus symbol to add a new block, then I search for “File”.

    I select File which then presents the option to upload a file or choose one from the Media Library.

    I select Media Library, then I select and insert a docx file at random.

    You then see the title text of the doc appear inside the block, the text is linked, and there’s an option to download the file to the right.
