add links to downloadable files and incorporate a member database on my site

  Hi,

  I would like to add links to downloadable files to my WordPress site, and also maintain a database of members which is exportable to Excel and Mailchimp.

  Please could someone advise whether these things are possible?

  Hi Lorraine,

  Provided users follow your blog via email, the list of email subscribers is exportable via a CSV file. You can see that option at the bottom of the page here:

  https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=47536933&blog_subscribers&type=email&unit=1

  WordPress.com subscribers (users that have an account and follow your blog) are not exportable.

  If you would like to instead use a service like Mailchimp to create an email list, you can do that following the instructions here:
