Add Logo, Increase Traffic, Get High on Google, Help Our Business grow.

Hello all you helpful forum friends!
We need some specific help:
1. How do we add a logo to our theme http://surfstarmorocco.com ? We would like it at the top left hand corner where it says surf star morocco. Our theme is garland and does not have a custom header on it. We have purchased the Custom Design option if this helps also.2. Can you have a general look at our website and give us some feedback please? One day we can put money into the whole thing, but as we are starting our new business we are looking at making it grow, is there anything you can see that you would change? If you have feedback please tell us with solutions where at all possible
3. Can you give us some specific guidance as to how to increase out traffic to the site and reach our goal of being on the first page of google searches for ‘surf morocco’ ‘surf camp morocco’ ‘surf hostel morocco’ and the like.
We really appreciate your help, things for now and for the future, and for now – the cheaper the better,

Have you tried forum searches? I don’t mean to be blunt, but these are all (except 3) typical questions that are answered on a daily basis.

yes i have looked through the forums but am still confused. My site is a wordpress.com and not a wordpress.org site. Search results keep coming up about images but not about how to add a logo. If you know of a forum which answers the question
how do i add my own logo to my wordpress.com blog site in the theme of garland.
please please let us know!! the logo is all ready to go

1. You already have your logo at top left so I’ll assume that part is taken care of.
2. For me, you have to much stuff going on in the content area of the main page. It is a little overwhelming. With two slide slideshows, all the images and the video, it is visually “busy”. I would think about perhaps breaking stuff up and opening the main page up a little.
3. Here are three links on getting more traffic. Also, look around over at onecoositebloggingtips.com as there is a wealth of information on a variety of subjects.

Yes! Sorted out the Logo – Thank you!
With regards to breaking stuff up a bit and the ‘image junk’ is it possible to put text into boxes ? What would you do?
We think its important to make it look exciting so that people want to come and surf with us. Im afraid the image junk helps with excitment or is this – all our competitors have this too, if anyone recommends another kind of slideshow though im all ears!
All feedback is gratfully recieved, you can be brutal! please help us :)

New Question: when i search ‘surf star morocco’ in google, how can i change the description underneath my site title? is this the tagline or not?

It’s the tagline, generally speaking. Google is funny, though. The more you post, the more accurate your results will be, so if it’s bringing up something weird, just keep posting good content and within a few weeks the results will be far more accurate. The same goes for all the other search engines as well.

It looks like you got the date order sorted. Your Slide widget is too wide for your sidebar, though; the buttons are covering your actual text.
