Add logo with transparent background

  I am trying to add my logo, in white, to the top of the page and I have it saved as a png file with the background as transparent…..but it isn’t working. I just got a white box with a faint outline of the logo.

  I am using the snaps theme. Is it possible to make the logo larger?
