  If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site you can do so by creating a link to the signup form on MailChimp. Here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog

  If you have done that and have any issues you will have to contact MailChimp support.
