Add Media and Email Post Changes problems

    Recently, two new problems are experienced:
    1. When the Add Media pop-up opens, I see a gray-color empty media box without any pictures, names, etc. There is no way to delete it! I have checked the Media Library and there is no an empty item, e.g. everything is OK.
    2. Email Post Changes don’t work anymore. I made several changes, and there is nothing in my Inbox! I also checked the Span Folder.
    Any help will be highly appreciated.

    I’m having the same problem with the empty/grey box that contains no media.
