Add media button doesn't work

    I am using the 2013 Green Theme. When I try to add media by using the ADD MEDIA button–nothing happens. Usually this would take me to the gallery so I could select images. But the button appears to be dead.

    I have also gone into the media gallery and tried to resolve the problem there–by selecting the images I want and attaching them to the page I want them on. No luck.

    I have just started using this theme–and the problem has always existed.

    Any thoughts? Thank you.

    The “add/insert link” button doesn’t seem to be working either.

    That’s not a WordPress.com hosted blog. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
