‘Add Media’ button in portfolio doesn’t work

  I have always uploaded photos through my portfolio section on my website, however for the last month when I go in to add photos to a new portfolio post nothing happens. I click the add media button and nothing. I’ve tried refreshing, do a different type of post, etc. I don’t know what else to do, please help

  Hi there, can you clarify which site you’re working on? I see one site on this account, but it doesn’t seem to have a portfolio page so I’m not sure that’s the one you’re referring to.

  For any site hosted here, I’d recommend adding media either while writing, or through https://wordpress.com/media .

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
