Add media button not working
-
I am trying to add an image to a draft post that I am editing and the “Add media” button does not work (neither does the “Help” button).
I’ve written about 80 posts before and haven’t previously had this problem.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this.
Could you please try logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookiesIf that doesn’t help, you might check to make sure you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/If the problem persists, you can try a different browser or computer to see if that helps, and let me know how it goes. You can download the most recent version of browsers here:

Thank you for your suggestions. Neither worked for Microsoft Explorer 11. However there is no problem with Firefox, which I will use for posting in future.

A few more suggestions for IE:
First, make sure you don’t have compatibility mode turned on:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11Make sure that you have JavaScript enabled on your browser.
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/howtoscriptDisable all browser extensions to see if that changes anything for you.
Try enabling HTTPS:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.”

Thank you, but I think I will stick with Firefox for writing posts rather than play around with settings, perhaps with unintended consequences elsewhere.
