  I try to click on add media button and nothing happens for all my blogs
  Help!

  I suspect you may be having a browser issue, but we should test that out!

  While you’re in Safari, please place this URL in the address bar and let me know the results (Operating System version, and Browser version): https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

  Moving on…

  Could you please log into your site on either Chrome or Firefox and let me know if the very same problem occurs? Once I know if you are functional on the other two browsers, I can help further.

  Hello,
  It was working fine until yesterday.
  Safari 5 on Mac OS X (Leopard)
  IS YOUR WEB BROWSER UP TO DATE?
  ✗ Your web browser is out of date.
  Works on firefox with bugs but better.

  Hello there,

  With out of date browsers, it can be erratic when functions cease working. Incompatibilities tend to pop up when we least expect need them. Sorry you’re dealing with that inconvenience!

  Are you able to update your OS and your browser? You should probably do the same thing with Firebox, while you’re at it!

  Please let me know if this clears up the issue for you. I’ll keep an eye out for your note :)
